Is my business eligible for the program?

Your business should have a minimum of three full-time (30+ weekly hours) W2 employees to be considered for the program.

1. 1099 independent contractors do not qualify.
2. Business owners don’t qualify as employees.
3. Employees must work inside the United States or pay US FICA Payroll Taxes.

Is there really no cost to the program?

We use the terms “no net cost” and “no out-of-pocket costs.” This is because the program is designed so you are using money that would otherwise be used for payroll to pay for program costs and medical reimbursements. For more information, review the section above titled, “Examples from our clients.”

How will this program save my business money?

There are two primary ways you save money. First, you will save up to $600 per eligible employee directly from your employer payroll taxes.
